Given the present economic scenario, Indian companies are under great pressure to keep their organizations lean and at the same time fighting fit. DR. (MRS.) AMIRTHA BESANT RAJ holds a Ph.D, in Industrial Psychology from Osmania University. She has specialized in Vocational Guidance and Counselling in her Ed.M. (Master of Education) degree programme from Boston University, USA. She holds another Master's degree in Psychology from the Banaras Hindu University and a Master's degree in Education from the Madras University. Dr. (Mrs.) Raj has extensive teaching, training recruitment and consultancy experience for more than three decades. She was a Faculty member at the renowned Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.

Dr. (Mrs.) Raj is currently a whole time Director of Besant Raj International Limited (BRIL). She heads the Psychometric Testing, Recruitment Services, Career & Educational Counselling divisions. Under her able guidance, the company offers a variety of Psychometric tests to assess an individual's intelligence, interests, aptitude and personality.
